GSA Issues GSA SmartPay 3 Draft Request for Proposal
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has released a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for GSA SmartPay 3, bringing the agency one step closer to launching the next generation of the largest government charge card program in the world. This draft RFP contains the requirements for the GSA SmartPay 3 program, including: purchase, travel, fleet, and integrated charge card services and related payment solutions which are expected to be used by more than 350 customer agencies and organizations.
