Federal Travel and Ethics
This session will review common situations related to travel and travel-related ethics for civilian Federal travelers. Attendees will benefit from a review of the Federal Travel Regulation, including a discussion of routing travel, air and train accommodations, frequent traveler promotional benefits, voluntary and involuntary denial of a seat on an airline, special needs travel, using the Government-issued travel charge card, the airline City Pairs contract program, transportation network companies, peer-to-peer lodging, planning and attending conferences, and renting a car for official travel. FedMall is an e-commerce ordering system for Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, State, and authorized local Agencies to search for and acquire products from government reserves and commercial sources. Buyers will have access to tens of millions of individual items of supply, from centrally managed DoD and General Service Administration (GSA) assets to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products. This course will provide an overview of the FedMall shopping, ordering and research functionality. This course will also preview user enhancements coming to the system to support customer risk assessment and streamline the alignment to the government purchase card program.

Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Delegated Procurement Authority (DPA) Training
The training will go into detail on the Ordering process for issuing Task Orders against the HCaTS contracts as well as provide the necessary delegated procurement authority to use the contracts.
Making Informed Cost Savings Travel Decisions
GSA offers integrated services to manage Travel which includes the civilian E-Gov Travel Service (ETS), the government-wide City Pair Program (CPP), and the government-wide FedRooms program.
