The GSA SmartPay Team is part of the Professional Services and Human Capital Category at GSA.  

The team is divided into two separate divisions: 

  • The Service Delivery Division oversees training, customer agency outreach, conferences and legislation.  
  • The Utilization Analysis Division handles data, reporting, C&A Process. 

Together, we manage GSA SmartPay - the largest Government charge card program in the world.
