Advanced Concepts in Purchase Card Management
Are you an A/OPC that is responsible for implementing best practices, guidance, policies, and innovative solutions for your agency/organization's purchase card program? Are you interested in learning more about strategic uses of the purchase card program and ways to leverage GSA SmartPay tools and information to maximize program efficiency? This course takes a deep dive into purchase card policies, guidance, offerings, and best practices for your purchase card program. We will discuss the A/OPC role as it relates to overall program management, look at ways to meet policy and guidance purchase card management requirements, and take a look at some non-traditional purchase card uses and ways to take your program to the next level!

DoD GPC Electronic Systems Update
Ms. Pamela Talbott, DCMA (in support of the GPC PMO) will address DoD GPC systems, related policy, and best practices. Jim Tew, DLA, will cover the GPC processes within PIEE. His update will include GPC roles, the JAM appointment process, and GPC reporting. Mr. Tew also will provide helpful hints and tips, as well as recent improvements to JAM. Intended Audience: All DoD GPC CPMs, OA/OPCs, A/OPCs, A/BOs, and RMs.

Federal Travel and Ethics
This course will review common and uncommon situations related to travel and travel-related ethics for civilian Federal travelers. Attendees will benefit from a review of the Federal Travel Regulation, including a discussion of routing travel, premium class travel accomodations, attendance at conferences, and non-Federal source travel. Recent changes to Government-wide travel regulations will also be discussed.
FedMall Overview
FedMall is an e-commerce ordering system for Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, State, and authorized local Agencies to search for and acquire products from government reserves and commercial sources. Buyers will have access to tens of millions of individual items of supply, from centrally managed DoD and General Service Administration (GSA) assets to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products. This course will provide an overview of the benefits of FedMall and information on FedMall shopping, ordering and research functionality.
